Some teeth or roots can be more difficult to remove than a routine extraction at the dentist. These teeth may be impacted, fractured, heavily decayed or restored (filled or crowned). Removing them may require a little surgical procedure which can be carried out either under local anaesthetic in our rooms, or general anaesthetic at a local day surgery or hospital.
